Hurray for Faith. Looks like an overzealous fan went a little too far groping on Faith Hill’s husband, singer Tim McGraw while they were in Louisiana.
Hill singled out the offender, saying: “Someone needs to teach you some class, my friend. You don’t go grabbing someone else’s husband’s (private parts). You understand me? That’s very disrespectful.” (Click here for TMZ.com video.)
Sometimes folks can go a little too doggone far. She’s lucky, she didn’t get popped.

Today has really been an unproductive day since I had the kids and couldn’t concentrate on writing, I decided to just do nothing on the net…and that nothing led me to various sites that I usually visit late at night if I’m not too tired or if I’m on a conference call and need something to entertain me while listening to a boring lecture.
Anyway, I said all of that to say, when I went to YB & F website and saw this entry, all I could say was WTF and I don’t curse.
Apparently Paris and Nicole decided to put on the “blackface” like you being Black is something you can put on and take off.

reports that Usher and Ms. Tameka Foster wedding was put on hold this past weekend.
“It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond 4th and Tameka Foster was canceled,” publicist Patti Webster said in a statement.
I was really going to refrain from talking about what everybody else was talking about today, but there’s no way around it (well it is, but I choose to have my say, since it is my blog…hee hee).
I always thought Usher and Chilli (of TLC) made a cute couple and call me a romantic; but I hoped that when Usher was finally ready to settle down he would be doing it with Chilli.
Don’t get me wrong, I have no issues with an older woman dating a younger man, because I do it; but Tameka seemed to have been taking advantage of Usher. I don’t condone using anybody. I know folks are like, Usher’s a grown man; but yet in still, Tameka just seemed like a golddigger.
Who knows they might elope? But I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again; he shouldn’t marry her just because she’s pregnant. She has several kids, she knows about birth control and she knows that a child with a superstar means MO (not more) money in her pocket!
If I could send a personal message to you know who, it would be: Usher, Do Not Wed!
In a Louisiana store, the ATM machine gave away $20 
for every $5 patrons requested when using the ATM machine. Apparently this occurred for days before the store personnel figured it out. They are now asking folks who got the “extra” money to return it.
If you went to an ATM machine and it gave you more money than you asked for, would you tell someone and/or give it back to the bank or store or would you take your happy self to the nearest store and shop?

It’s a challenge because I have so many favorite authors. This list will not contain all of my favorite authors, but a few:
Maya Angelou, Peggy Eldridge Love 
and Marc Lacy and so many other poets. Poets have a way of making words on the page sing.
Eric Jerome Dickey - his latest 2 books are why he’s my favorite.
ReShonda Tate Billingsley - whether she’s writing mainstream fiction, Christian fiction or Young Adult books, her writing style puts her on my favorite’s list.
I can’t mention Christian fiction without adding Victoria Christopher Murray to my list. I just got this one in the mail and can’t wait to read it. 
Life without romance is BORING…some of my favorite romance authors are Francis Ray, Donna Hill, Gwynne Forster, Monica Jackson, and so many others. I’m hooked on Brenda Jackson’s books. 
Other writers who I like and have read every single one of their books include: Kimberla Lawson Roby, Linda Dominique Grosvenor, Michelle McGriff, JD Robb (aka Nora Roberts), Jackie Collins, Cherlyn Michaels, E Lynn Harris, Michael Baisden, etc.
I’m tired of typing, so this post has come to an end. This is only a snippet of who I enjoy reading. Stop back by from time to time and I’ll be posting other books by some of my favorite authors.
Who are some of your favorite authors and why?
Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, etc are all part of the modern day Brat Pack and that’s not flattering.
All of these young ladies have been given golden opportunities to shine but have misused their fame for whatever reason. The “woe is me” act doesn’t impress.
I pray that they all get their lives together before its too late.

How many times have we given our all to someone to later regret it because as the quote above says, they were “our world” but they didn’t look at us in the same way? If I’m honest, I would have to say this has happened to me. It happened one too many times and once I woke up to this reality, I stopped the cycle. The older I get, the less tolerance I have for B.S. If I feel like someone is trying to get over on me, I run and I don’t just jog, but I run as if I’m running towards an Olympic torch–fast.
Dating can be fun but it can also be a hassle when you don’t know where you stand with the person. I know some men aren’t too good about communicating, but I also know that if a man cares about a woman; she will be his priority, not a booty call, not a temporary cook or housekeeper or a “I’m not doing anything else, with anybody else, so what are you doing?” either.
Don’t be an Option, be a priority.
