I look forward to seeing this movie. I remember taking my nephew to audition for this film and although we were both disappointed that he didn’t get picked, I’ll so see it just because it was filmed here.

I’ll wait for the video – never did get my husband to the movies, even to see American Gangster.
But that commercial with the previews makes us laugh every time.
I know my husband is dying to see this one…so I guess I will have to ‘humor’ him…hee hee

My husband just had to see First Sunday . That’s all he gets since he refused to see Enchanted . He’s gonna have to rent Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins .
I didn’t even laugh during the previews for this one. I at least laughed at the previews for First Sunday . But when we got in the theatre, I saw that the parts shown in the previews were pretty much the funniest parts. I’ll have to wait and see what you think of Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins , Shelia. 
From the looks of the cover, it already reminds me of some of my kin folks. lol. I know I will check it out.
What’s up with Denzel being slighted by the Academy? American Gangster and The Great Debaters were solid movies. Especially the latter.

This one is definitely on my family’s list of movies to see. The hubby laughed so hard at the trailer, I thought he was gonna hurt himself (smile). We both agreed to take a pass on Second Sunday. Every time I see Kat Williams in anything, I get an overwhelming urge to grab a pair of scissors (LOL).
