Shelia,
I was literally standing my big butt up in my bed, raising the roof and singing praises…me and my husband were high fivng all over the place…amazing, if only my elders could see this moment…
Blessings!
angelia
Angelia, I was watching it with my mom when Hillary passed the motion and it was made official. To share the moment with my mom was monumental to me too.
its party time FOR REAL ROR REAL
Monumental. He dared to dream and now he is one step away from the ultimate prize. I hope he inspires others, especially younger generations of minorities, to reach for the stars and if they don’t reach the stars, hopefully they land on the moon or the highest peak. Success breeds success and seeing someone who looks like you smash the glass ceiling should be inspiration to all us people of color!
The Comeback Girl - I don’t care what anybody says today, they won’t steal my joy. High-five sister
John I plan on calling all my nephews to make sure their parents have them watch his speech tonight. I know it’s a school night but its worth them staying up late just once.
You got me over here dancing in my office, with my speakers blasting…lol. It’s a good thing I work off in the cut by myself.
LOL Teacia–”Ain’t no party like an internet party–’cause an internet party don’t stop.”

When Obama is elected President that will be a BIG CELEBRATION!
