Shelia’s Almost Too Good To Be True Broccoli & Cheese CASSEROLE RECIPE
1 package (16 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or Fat Free)
1 package of Velvetta Cheese (For Vegans substitute the cheese for a cheese alternative)
1 1/2 cups cooked regular long-grain white rice or brown rice.
•Cook Broccoli according to package instructions.
•Cook Rice like you normally would.
•While waiting on Broccoli and Rice to cook, chop up your cheese into small slices.
•Mix broccoli, rice, cheese and can of cream of mushroom soup until thoroughly mixed.
•Pour mixture into a 2 quart baking dish
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes until cheese melts completely through.
