Today, I’ll post pictures of some of the authors I got a chance to meet at the 2009 Author!Author Book Festival on Saturday, June 13. I was thrilled to be sitting near Charlaine Harris. True Blood series on HBO is based on her Sookie Stackhouse novels. Several hundred people stood in line to get her autograph and since I was sitting near her, I got to socialize with some interesting people. Here’s a pic of me talking to one of my favorite authors “after” the crowd died down.

I was crowned the Queen of the Author!Author! Book Festival 2009 last night. Below are a few pics from the event. A fun time was had by all. Today I’ll be signing books. Signed the Queen B–of Books
