Dallas: African-American Read-in - A Day of Stories and Celebration

This past weekend in Dallas marked my first book signing in years, celebrating the release of Worth the Risk, Book One in my Women in Hollywood Collection. The event was part of The Dock Bookshop’s African American Read-In, a powerful celebration of Black literature and storytelling.

There’s something special about connecting with readers face-to-face, signing books, sharing conversations, and feeling the energy in the room. After years of writing, building, and dreaming, this moment felt both grounding and affirming.
