What made you decide to take on the leading role of Black Butterfly?

I ran across the audition information on Facebook and I loved the synopsis and felt like it would be a great movie to be part of. I actually messed up and forgot to submit for it and the deadline passed. Once I saw that the auditions were happening again and that I had a second chance, I felt like it was meant for me to do. I jumped on it right away and when I was offered the role, I was elated! Everything lined up and here we are!
